Small Group Training

These small group classes will be coached by the founders of Vibez Training, Tay & Brit. They both specialize in resistance training, sports performance and power lifting. They work primarily with the general population and do results driven programs. Expect these small group training sessions to be focused on compound movements, core work, rotational strength, mobility work and a sprinkle of cardio.

Want to workout in a group but still get the personal training effect? Look no further. Our Small Group Training will consist of you starting a personal training program with a customized plan, the only difference is that you'll have two workout partners grinding it out with you. Your training numbers and body composition will be tracked! Small group training is personal training for half the price!
